Orders $35 and up ship for free. On qualifying items, free shipping will be noted on the product page and in your Cart, along with an estimated date of arrival.
Return & Exchange Policy
We at The Vapor Shoppe strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with the products that are purchased. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact a member of our knowledgeable staff to discuss your concerns.
Eligibility for refunds or exchanges is determined by the product that is purchased. Vape devices and accessories may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. The products must be unopened in the original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable and additional shipping and handling fees may apply for exchanges and if discounts for shipping were offered on the original purchase. For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account. All e-liquid sales and battery sales are final.
